This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Routers Connect offers refunds for products purchased through our website or authorized channels.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if the product is found to be defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for refunds. Customized or special-order products may also be non-refundable.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in other cases.
